Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Edupogo is made by Edupogo LLC. By using the app you agree to what follows. It is written plainly on purpose.
Who may use it
Edupogo is for children aged 4 to 14, set up and supervised by a parent, guardian or teacher. An adult is responsible for the account and for deciding what a child may use.
What Pogo is, and is not
Pogo is an AI tutor. He explains and encourages; he is not a teacher, a doctor, a lawyer or a substitute for an adult. AI can be wrong. Treat answers as a starting point for thinking, not as settled fact, and check anything that matters.
Pogo declines questions about violence, death, self-harm and adult topics, and suggests asking a parent or guardian instead. The filtering is careful but not perfect. Adult supervision remains the real safeguard.
Subscriptions
Edupogo is free to start, with paid plans for more questions and more subjects. Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancel any time in your device's Settings, under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us.
Fair use
Please don't attempt to break the app, get around its safety filtering or limits, resell access, or use it to generate anything unlawful or harmful. We may withdraw access where that happens.
Your content
Questions your child asks stay yours. We claim no ownership of them and, as described on the privacy page, keep no copy of them.
Availability
We aim to keep Edupogo running and improving, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. The app depends on services we don't control, including the AI providers that generate answers.
Liability
Edupogo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Edupogo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes
If these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the app means accepting the current version.
